GENERAL SHIPPING POLICIES

  • We offer international shipping through International Checkout. Select the International Checkout button in the shopping cart to complete your order.
  • We do not offer, nor will we consider, shipping COD.
  • In most cases, orders are shipped within 24 hours of order placement (except weekends and holidays); however, some orders may experience delay due to warehouse movement, international shipping considerations, or brief periods of restocking. Replica Dungeon will contact the customer if an extended delay will occur.
  • Orders CANNOT be canceled or modified unless you contact us at info@replicadungeon.com. Please verify all shipping and billing information before submitting your order. Shipped orders cannot be canceled; our published return policy must be used upon shipment receipt.
  • It is the Buyers responsibility to know what can and can’t be shipped to their location or imported into their country; Lakes E-commerce LLC, dba Replica Dungeon is not responsible for items seized by Customs.
  • Save the trees! We recycle shipping boxes if they’re in excellent shape.
  • Orders that contain a bad shipping address and are shipped back to the Replica Dungeon warehouse can be reshipped to the customer, however an additional shipping and handling fee (equal to the original shipping and handling charges) will apply. In order to prevent this circumstance from occurring please verify all shipping and billing information before placing your order.
  • Business hours/days DO NOT include weekends or holidays.
  • Delivery days include everyday except Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
  • Delivery time frames are estimated and therefore NOT GUARANTEED. If you are shopping on short notice, please take this into consideration as we simply cannot be held responsible for your missing little Johnny’s birthday present deadline.
  • We are not responsible for “re-scheduled” delivery dates that may occur while your package is in transit with UPS, FedEx, or USPS, regardless of the reason or level of shipping service selected.
  • If an item is out of stock or back ordered Replica Dungeon will contact the customer for guidance on proceeding with the order. Our website is kept up to date; however, mistakes can happen as we’re only human.
  • All domestic orders have a 3-5 working day delivery time. These estimates are based on if item is in stock and exclude weekends and holidays.

RENAISSANCE CLOTHING

Due to the nature of our renaissance clothing, all sales are considered final. Unworn items in original condition may be exchanged for another size within 2 days of receipt. Defective items will be replaced if returned in unworn condition within 2 days of receipt. This does not mean we have to receive it within 2 days, but you must call us for an RA# (Return Authorization) within 2 business days. To protect yourself, please inspect your items when you receive them and should you find an error, defect, or other problem please notify us immediately so we can correct it!

BACKORDER POLICY

If an item ordered is out of stock or backordered, the customer will be notified by email of the backorder and given the choice of waiting for the restock of the item, exchanging it for another item, or canceling the order for a refund. Most of time, these items are noted directly on the website along with any additional options.

SPECIAL NOTE

Due to the variations in monitors, colors of the actual products may vary from the pictures shown. Some manufacturers supply “prototype” images of their products that may differ slightly from the real thing. We cannot ship guns to certain states: Modern Replicas (post-1898) Cannot Be Shipped to Connecticut, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Wisconsin, New York City, Puerto Rico or Canada. California and Kansas residents MUST include the purchase of a frame or presentation box. If you are a California or Kansas resident ordering any of our replica firearms, you must select the additional $20(rifle) or $10(pistol) fee for the additional display box that we will ship with your item unless you have already selected another display box or frame from our site. Plaques/frames are required by law for CA and KS.

Replica Dungeon will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us or any of our distributors & dealers. When you purchase Merchandise from Replica Dungeon you agree to assume all risks related to and/or arising from your ownership and use of the Merchandise and agree to indemnity and hold Replica Dungeon harmless from any and all claims brought to any person or entity against Replica Dungeon related to and/or arising from your ownership and/or use of the Merchandise.

By purchasing any item from Replica Dungeon, the Customer certifies that the Customer will comply with any and all requirements imposed by applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and administrative policies.

Replica Dungeon does not manufacture, produce, assemble, or inventory/warehouse the products or items. Products are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Replica Dungeon is not responsible for any claims relating to infringement by the product of third party intellectual property rights. Replica Dungeon makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the quality of the products or the results that customer may achieve utilizing such products, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose (to the extent applicable) which are hereby disclaimed and excluded. In no event will Replica Dungeon be liable to Customer for any lost profits or indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages. Replica Dungeon’s liability is limited to replacing defective goods. Pursuant to the provisions of the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, this product is sold “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS”.

If exporting, it is the buyers responsibility to check with customs in their country when purchasing an item. Replica Dungeon is not responsible for seizures made by customs.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to Customer’s purchase of any product from Replica Dungeon shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Venue for any arbitration, or any legal dispute, shall lie only in Minnehaha County, South Dakota and in no other venue or forum. The laws of South Dakota shall apply to all transactions.

Anyone attempting to falsify information or defraud our company in any way, will be turned over to the proper authorities. Any attempts at extortion or entrapment will also be met with swift legal action!
