Return Policy

WE APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS!

At Replica Dungeon we value your business and do not consider an order final unless you’re completely satisfied. You can return any purchase for any reason as long as you notify us and request an RMA# within 3 business days of your order’s delivery via email or telephone. All we ask is that you are PROMPT in reporting any problems with your order as we cannot accept anything we do not know about beyond the 3 business day limit. All returns and exchanges require an RMA number displayed on the box used for the return/exchange, simply call us at 800-395-3188 or email us at sales [at] replicadungeon.com to request an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number will be refused.

You must contact us either via email or telephone within 3 business days of receiving your order to report a problem. Please save any boxes your item arrived in!

We are not responsible for return shipping fees.

EXCEPTION to these policies

  • All sales are final on medieval shields if noted under the product descriptions.
  • Costumes and costume accessories are non-returnable. All sales are final. Exchanges Only.

Due to the nature of our Renaissance Clothing, all sales are considered final. Unworn items in original condition may be exchanged for another size within 2 days of receipt. Defective items will be replaced if returned in unworn condition within 2 days of receipt. This does not mean we have to receive it within 2 days, but you must call us for an RA# (Return Authorization) within 2 business days. To protect yourself, please inspect your items when you receive them and should you find an error, defect, or other problem please notify us immediately so we can correct it!

POLICIES

  • DAMAGED ITEMS
    • All items are quality inspected prior to shipment and are shipped insured. We are not responsible for damage or loss incurred during shipment.
    • If your order is damaged or appears to have sustained a loss during shipment, SAVE ALL PACKING MATERIALS and contact the carrier IMMEDIATELY. UPS claims may be filed via phone at 1-800-PICKUPS and USPS claims may be filed at your local post office.
      • Retain all packing material until your claim is closed or until otherwise instructed; the carrier may need to inspect it.
      • File your claim with the carrier promptly.
      • Neither the carrier nor Replica Dungeon are responsible for any damage or shortage claim if the original packing materials are not kept by the customer for inspection.
      • Please contact us IMMEDIATELY to inform us of the problem so that we may track and follow up on your claim with the carrier.
      • We can only ship replacement items at the conclusion of the carrier’s claims process.
    • DO NOT return the package to us unless instructed to do so.
  • RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE
    • If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, you can exchange it for any item of equal or lesser value without being subject to the restocking fee as long as you notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order. You are responsible for all shipping charges. Please email us at sales [at] replicadungeon.com to request an RMA number; this number must be displayed on the outside of the packaging you return your item in. Once we receive your exchanged item, the replacement will be shipped.
    • Be sure to include a note with your return stating what item you are exchanging for.
  • RETURNS FOR REFUND
    • Your purchase will be refunded to you upon the return of the product; you must notify us of the return within 3 business days of receiving your order. The product must be in new condition and in the original packaging to receive consideration for a refund, less a 20% restocking fee and original shipping & handling.
    • You are responsible for all shipping charges. Please email us at sales [at] replicadungeon.com to request an RMA number and return address.
    • Be sure to include a note with your return stating what the problem with the product is or why you are returning it.
    • Once your return has been authorized, the item must be received by the warehouse within 7 business days.
    • Your credit will be issued in the same manner in which payment was made to Replica Dungeon. Please allow up to 72 hours for your credit to be issued.
    • We do not accept returns on blank firing guns or ammo
  • RETURN ADDRESS
    • Please send exchanges and returns to the return address will be emailed to you along with the RMA#.
    • Remember to write your RMA# on the package you use to ship your items back to us and include it on any documentation you include with your package.
  • NOTES
    • You must notify us via email or telephone of any problem within 3 business days of delivery of your order. Without notification within 3 business days, we cannot accept any returns/exchanges.
    • All sales final on costumes and costume accessories, no exceptions.
    • Always save your packing material for any damage/missing item claim until instructed otherwise.
