Richard LionHeart Battle Shield

The shield of King Richard the Lionheart. For those that are familiar with the history of England, the shield of this short rule man is well known. King Richard held the throne as King for only a short time before his untimely death on the battle field. King Richard was best known for his commanding abilities and his ability to exhibit extreme bravery.

This shield is a replica of the one owned by this noble man. This shield measures 25 inches and is made from a solid 440 stainless steel. The front is painted red and displays three lion heads. The back side features and arm loop and hand hold that was needed for maintaining a secure grip during battle.
