A Gladiator was an unfortunate individual that was chosen to fight for survival for the entertainment of others. Occasionally one would be called to redeem themselves of a crime, if they survived they were cleared of the offense, the other result would be their demise.
This scaled leather arm guard is a reproduction of a type of armour a gladiator might wear. The arm guard covers the entire arm with leather scales. This item would be great for costume stage props and productions, as well as LARP adventures.
