The Assassin's Creed II Museum Replica Sword of Ezio features a an intricate woven-wire brass hand guard, leather-wrapped grip and brass pommel. This is a replica of the sword of Ezio Auditore de Firenze, the late 15th and 16th Century Italian Assassin who introduces us to most of the Pieces of Eden, the sword used by Ezio to avenge the deaths of his father and brothers by killing Uberto Alberti. This 38″-inch long, 1 pound, 14 ounce sword is sold in the classic unsharpened state.
Assassin's Creed II follows Desmond Miles as he follows the experiences of Ezio in the hopes of absorbing his power. Ezio, aided by Leonardo da Vinci, is able to uncover a map to the secret vaults around the world and spends the next decades eliminating the men who conspired to murder his father and brothers. The final conspirator, Rodrigo Borgia, comes into possession of some Pieces of Eden and later becomes Pope. Ezio spares his life in the end, enters a secret vault, and encounters a holographic woman who speaks not to Ezio, but to Desmond through Ezio.
Ezio's sword is his most trusted companion throughout this adventure.
