WE ONLY SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES! Due in part to hefty increases in shipping charges, high VAT taxes, and increasing credit card fraud, we do not ship orders outside of the USA. We are sorry to take this stand, but we feel our international customers are being fleeced by Postal services and Tax Agencies.
RENAISSANCE CLOTHING
Due to the nature of our renaissance clothing, all sales are considered final. Unworn items in original condition may be exchanged for another size within 2 days of receipt. Defective items will be replaced if returned in unworn condition within 2 days of receipt. This does not mean we have to receive it within 2 days, but you must call us for an RA# (Return Authorization) within 2 business days. To protect yourself, please inspect your items when you receive them and should you find an error, defect, or other problem please notify us immediately so we can correct it!
BACKORDER POLICY
If an item ordered is out of stock or backordered, the customer will be notified by email of the backorder and given the choice of waiting for the restock of the item, exchanging it for another item, or canceling the order for a refund. Most of time, these items are noted directly on the website along with any additional options.
