GENERAL SHIPPING POLICIES
- We do not offer, nor will we consider, shipping COD.
- We do not ship to freight forwarders.
- In most cases, orders are shipped within 24 hours of order placement (except weekends and holidays); however, some orders may experience delay due to warehouse movement, international shipping considerations, or brief periods of restocking. Replica Dungeon will contact the customer if an extended delay will occur.
- Orders CANNOT be canceled or modified unless you contact us directly by phone at 252 442-4174. Please verify all shipping and billing information before submitting your order. Shipped orders cannot be canceled; our published return policy must be used upon shipment receipt.
- Save the trees! We recycle shipping boxes if they're in excellent shape.
- Orders that contain a bad shipping address and are shipped back to the Replica Dungeon warehouse can be reshipped to the customer, however an additional shipping and handling fee (equal to the original shipping and handling charges) will apply. In order to prevent this circumstance from occurring please verify all shipping and billing information before placing your order.
- Business hours/days DO NOT include weekends or holidays.
- Delivery days include everyday except Saturday, Sunday and holidays. If you need Saturday delivery, please call 800 805-2414
- Delivery timeframes are estimated and therefore not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for "re-scheduled" delivery dates that may occur while your package is in transit with UPS, FedEx, or USPS, regardless of the reason or level of shipping service selected.
- If an item is out of stock or back ordered Replica Dungeon will contact the customer for guidance on proceeding with the order. Our website is kept up to date; however, mistakes can happen as we're only human.
- All International orders have a 2-8 week delivery time. All domestic orders have a 3-5 working day delivery time. These estimates are based on if item is in
stock and exclude weekends and holidays.
WE ONLY SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA! Due in part to hefty increases in shipping charges, high VAT taxes, and increasing credit card fraud, we do not ship orders outside of the USA and Canada. We are sorry to take this stand, but we feel our international customers are being fleeced by Postal services and Tax Agencies. The customer is responsible for all brokerage and customs fees due upon delivery.
BACKORDER POLICY
If an item ordered is out of stock or backordered, the customer will be notified by email of the backorder and given the choice of waiting for the restock of the item, exchanging it for another item, or canceling the order for a refund. Most of time, these items are noted directly on the website along with any additional options.
SPECIAL NOTE

INTERNATIONAL POLICY - WE DO NOT SHIP WORLDWIDE
Please Note: We do not ship worldwide; US and Canada shipping only, no exceptions. We do not ship to freight forwarders.
Domestic shipping only for blades and replica firearms. International possible (but expensive) for plate armor, chain mail, shields, and helmets.
It is the Buyers responsibility to know what can and can't be shipped to their location or imported into their country; Replica Dungeon is not responsible.
We cannot ship guns to certain states: Modern Replicas (post-1898) Cannot Be Shipped to Connecticut, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Wisconsin, New York City, Puerto Rico or Canada. California and Kansas residents MUST include the purchase of a frame or presentation box. If you are a California or Kansas resident ordering any of our replica firearms, you must select the additional $20(rifle) or $10(pistol) fee for the additional display box that we will ship with your item unless you have already selected another display box or frame from our site. Plaques/frames are required by law for CA and KS.

We ship to Canada (see special note below); we do not ship to any other countries outside of the US and Canada.
Customs and Duty Fees: Your country may assess duties or other fees and may also have restrictions regarding merchandise entering your country. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any fees and to know restrictions of merchandise. Replica Dungeon assumes no responsibility for customs or restrictions. Please be advised that you bear the responsibility of any and all import duties or other charges.Replica Dungeon is NOT responsible for any items seized by Customs.
Canada: Canadian residents are responsible for payment of any duty imposed by Customs, as stated on the website. This payment is normally collected at the time of delivery. IF YOU DO NOT PAY your Duties we must pay! Any unpaid Customs Duties will be charged to you at the time we are billed plus a $15.00 US service fee. Failure to comply will result in not shipping to Canada. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Certain areas of Canada are subject to UPS delivery surcharges due to remoteness or lack of normal service. We will immediately contact the customer for guidance should this issue arise.
BUYER RESPONSIBILITY
Legal status of products: It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller,
to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and use, of any item purchased from Replica
Dungeon. All equipment is sold subject to public law 90-351, title III, U.S.D., Section 2511, and any local, state or federal ordinances. Consult your local and
state laws before ordering if you are in doubt. Absolutely no sales to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that the he/she is of legal age. distributors & dealers. It is the buyers responsibility to check with customs in their country when
